Job Purpose/ Summary

The SUP-QC-Coating Division is responsible for ensuring that all pipe coating processes and finished products meet the required quality standards, project specifications, and international coating standards. The role focuses on monitoring coating activities, performing inspections and tests, and ensuring compliance with client requirements and applicable standards throughout the production process.

The SUP-QC-Coating in the Visual & Dimensional Inspection department is pivotal in maintaining the highest quality standards for pipe coatings. This role demands a thorough understanding of metrology, quality management systems, and both destructive and non-destructive testing methods. The engineer will be responsible for overseeing the entire coating process, ensuring that all products adhere to project specifications and international standards. This includes conducting detailed inspections and tests to identify any potential quality issues. The role requires a proactive approach to compliance with client requirements and industry standards, particularly API and ISO for pipe manufacturing. The engineer will also lead initiatives to enhance quality health, safety, and environmental practices within the team.
