Job Description: Sales Team Lead

Role Purpose
The Sales Team Lead will drive B2B revenue and market penetration across the Kota region. You will lead a team of Business Development Associates (BDAs) to capture and grow high-value segments, including Hospitals, Manufacturing, Educational Institutes, Army Stores, and Religious Institutions. This role requires a strategic mind capable of providing tailored business solutions to institutional members.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Recruitment: Facilitate the hiring and onboarding of high-potential Business Development Associates (BDAs).
Training: Coach the team on product assortment, sales pitching, and effective call-closing techniques.
Performance Monitoring: Ensure systematic field productivity by implementing and auditing daily Beat Plans.
2. Strategic Segment Growth
Target Segments: Implement business plans to drive profitable, sustained sales from top-tier institutional members (O&I;) and HORECA clients.




Wallet Share: Analyze member purchase baskets to identify gaps, introduce recent categories, and increase both ticket size and transaction frequency.
Member Acquisition: Guide the team in enrolling the "right size" of members within focused sub-segments to ensure high-quality revenue.
3. Financial & Value-Added Services
Payment Solutions: Educate members on various financial tools including private label credit cards, electronic transfers, and cash pickups.
Logistics Coordination: Facilitate 3rd-party delivery solutions to close the loop from order generation to final goods delivery.
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Merchandising: Provide real-time feedback on Market Operating Prices (MOP) and required assortments to ensure competitive pricing.
Operations & Finance: Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Operations to resolve member service issues and streamline business processes.
