Eligibility Criteria

Freshers or experienced are both eligible to apply.
Basic computer knowledge.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and process-oriented workplace.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends or holidays, as per business requirements.
The role demands 6 days working with rotational week offs and 9 hours of rotational shift timings.
The job demands 100% working from the office.
Required Skills
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to follow SOPs and compliance guidelines.
Basic understanding of KYC / VKYC processes.
Good typing and computer skills.
Ability to identify discrepancies and escalate issues appropriately.
Strong ownership, discipline, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
