Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the organization.
The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth operational processes, improving efficiency, coordinating across departments, and driving timely execution of business priorities. The candidate will work closely with senior leadership/COO,



monitor operational performance, resolve bottlenecks, and implement systems and processes for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of projects and business priorities.
Monitor operational performance, productivity, and key performance indicators.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.
Develop and improve processes, systems, and standard operating procedures.
Coordinate with senior management/COO on operational planning and execution.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between different departments.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and overall execution timelines.
Manage vendors, consultants, and external stakeholders as required.
Support resource planning and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and oth
