We are looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to manage and grow our Reddit presence. You will be responsible for building and managing brand communities on Reddit, launching Reddit Ads campaigns, creating native content, engaging with users, and maintaining a strong and trustworthy brand reputation within the community.

Responsabilities:

Reddit Ads: Set up, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Reddit.
Subreddit Management: Create and manage official brand subreddits, including community rules, FAQs, and clear age/legal restrictions.
Content & Community Engagement: Create native Reddit posts, reviews, discussions, promotional content, bonus-code drops, payout proof posts, and AMA sessions.
Community Management: Communicate with Reddit users, answer questions, address concerns, and maintain an active and trustworthy community.
Reputation Management: Monitor and respond to public reviews, complaints, and negative feedback while maintaining a qualified brand voice.
Brand Monitoring:



Track brand mentions and relevant discussions across Reddit and identify opportunities for engagement.
Community Outreach: Build relationships with moderators and communities in relevant subreddits and explore opportunities for collaboration and promotion.
Reddit Compliance: Follow Reddit's content, advertising, community, and anti-spam policies and ensure all activities comply with platform requirements.

Requirements:

1+ year of hands-on Reddit experience in SMM, community management, Reddit Ads, paid traffic, media buying, or a related role.
Strong understanding of Reddit culture, communities, moderation practices, and user behavior.
Ability to create native, engaging Reddit content rather than traditional advertising-style posts.
Strong communication and reputation-management skills, including the ability to handle negative feedback professionally.
