Role
Lead the retail leasing function at World Trade Park by driving brand acquisition, tenant mix, occupancy, revenue and strategic retail growth.

Key Responsibilities
Drive retail leasing strategy with a focus on premium, national and international brands.
Identify and onboard brands across Fashion, Luxury, Beauty, Lifestyle, Footwear, Sports, Accessories, Electronics, Kids and F&B.;
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand owners, expansion heads, franchisees and retail real-estate teams.
Lead commercial negotiations covering rent, revenue share, CAM, lock-in, escalation, deposits and lease terms.
Curate and continuously improve the tenant mix based on customer profile, catchment and retail trends.
Track brand performance, vacancies, lease expiries and renewals and develop proactive leasing plans.
Identify underrepresented / emerging categories and bring new-age and high-potential brands to WTP.
Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Finance,



Legal and Projects teams for smooth store opening and tenant management.
Maintain a strong leasing pipeline and MIS and report performance to senior management.

Candidate Profile
5-10 years of hands-on retail leasing / mall leasing experience.
Strong understanding of retail brands, store formats, category dynamics and brand expansion plans.
Established network with leading national & international retail brands.
Proven track record in leasing closures and commercial negotiations.
Robust commercial acumen, communication, relationship management and leadership skills.
Experience with a premium / large-format shopping mall preferred.
