Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Presales Engineer role based in Noida. The Presales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, prepare technical proposals, and present tailored lithium battery solutions for various applications.



Daily responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, supporting solution design and integration planning, and responding to technical queries from prospective customers. The role also involves creating technical documentation, assisting with cost and configuration estimates, and coordinating with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy. The Presales Engineer will maintain a strong understanding of Jackvolt Battery’s product portfolio, industry standards, and security best practices to build trust with customers and support successful sales outcomes.
Qualifications
Robust presales and sales support skills, with 1-2 year of experience engaging prospective customers and translating technical features into business value.
Hands-on technical support and troubleshooting skills, including the ability to address customer issues and provide clear resolutions.
