Role Description The Sourcing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City. The role involves identifying and evaluating commercial properties that fit client requirements, maintaining updated listings, and coordinating property visits. The Sourcing Specialist will liaise with property owners, developers,



and internal teams to gather accurate information, negotiate preliminary terms, and support the preparation of proposals.
