About the Opportunity -
We are looking for a B.E./B.Tech Electrical Engineering graduate with an MBA/PG in Marketing to join our team and build a career in the Renewable Energy sector, with a focus on Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) and Electrical O&M.;

This opportunity is suitable for freshers who have both technical knowledge in Electrical Engineering and an interest in Marketing and Business Development.
The selected candidate will receive exposure to the Battery Storage and Electrical O&M; business, including understanding customer requirements, market opportunities, technical solutions, and coordination with relevant teams.
Candidate Profile




B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering – Mandatory
MBA/PG in Marketing – Mandatory
Freshers / candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
Strong interest in Battery Energy Storage, Renewable Energy and Electrical O&M.;
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn technical and business aspects of the industry.
Comfortable with customer interaction and professional communication.
Willingness to travel for meetings or site visits when required.
