The impact you’ll make

As a Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of mechanicalengineers responsible for the design, development, and delivery of complex mechanical andelectro‑mechanical systems used in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. This role combines robust technical leadership with first‑level people management and execution ownership for assigned Products, Programs and subsystems.

You will be accountable for technical quality, schedule, and execution excellence within ProductGroup.

What You’ll Do

Technical & Program Execution

Own and deliver subsystem‑level mechanical designs for semiconductor processing equipment (e.g.,process chambers, chemical delivery, frames, thermal subsystems, automation interfaces, and motion-controlled assemblies).




Accountable for the team output in Conceptualization, development, verification and documentation tomeet the systems specifications.
Organize feasibility studies, design approaches and test plans to characterize and validate designperformance including full life cycle support.
Prepare high-quality reports, KPI measuring and technical presentations to clearly communicate designintent, evaluation, and validation to a diverse audience in design reviews.
Provide key deliverables including Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA), technical specifications,risk analysis, test specifications, and design review presentations.
Provide hands‑on technical guidance across structural, thermal, flow, and electromechanical domainsthroughout Product Design and Release (PDR) lifecycle.
Issue resolutions by escalation through appropriate channels.
