n Job Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced Program Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of customer ASIC/VLSI engineering projects. The role involves planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, customer communication, risk management, and ensuring timely delivery of project commitments.

n Key Responsibilities
n

- Own end-to-end project execution from project kickoff to delivery and closure.n
- Understand customer SOW, scope, milestones, deliverables, and priorities and convert them into an execution plan.n
- Plan and coordinate engineering resources across multiple workstreams.n
- Work closely with RTL, DFT, Verification, STA, Physical Design, FPGA, Firmware, and other engineering teams as applicable.n
- Track project progress, milestones, deliverables, effort, and resource utilization.n
- Identify and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and schedule deviations .n




- Drive closure of technical and execution blockers with engineering leads.n
- Coordinate dependencies between customer teams and internal engineering teams .n
- Act as the key interface between the customer and internal project teams for execution-related matters.n
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide explicit status, risks, action items, and recovery plans .n
- Manage customer feedback, changing priorities, and scope-related discussions.n
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet agreed quality expectations.n
- Escalate critical risks, delays, and resource constraints to management in a timely manner.n

- 5–10 years of experience in ASIC/VLSI/semiconductor engineering with program/project execution experience.n
- Strong understanding of the ASIC/SoC development lifecycle .n
- Good exposure to one or more areas such as RTL, DFT, Verification, STA, Physical
