Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 1+ years’ experience in automation, VBA, Python, AI, or similar technologies applied to business processes
- Solid understanding of data management, UI development, and backend coding
- Continuous learner passionate about adopting cutting-edge automation tools and techniques
Work Experience
Clarify the minimum years of total work experience and other relevant work experience required to be able to perform the job.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in automation, preferred VBA, RPA, AI, OCR, JavaScript, power automate or similar technology-driven process improvement
- Experience managing large data sets and deploying real-time solutions
- Automation projects in a business process environment
- Experience reviewing and optimizing processes to design hands-free, accurate automation solutions
- Exposure to working in environments without direct integration to customer systems
Skills and Knowledge

- Proficient with automation platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or similar
- Strong understanding of data management systems, UI design, and complex backend coding

- Knowledge of scripting languages such as VBA, Python or JavaScript for automation tasks
- Familiarity with cloud data stores and multi-country hosting considerations
