RESPONSIBILITIES

* Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure the
organization's financial stability.
* Manage the financial planning and budgeting processes, including forecasting
and variance analysis.
* Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and
external stakeholders.
* Lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors to ensure
compliance.
* Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics to identify risks and
opportunities.
* Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support
decision-making.
* Manage cash flow, debt, and investment activities to optimize financial
resources.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reporting standards.
* Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of growth and
development.
* Collaborate with other departments to support cross-functional initiatives
and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related
field.

CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst)
certification preferred.
