Opportunity with Headway Tek Inc on Senior TIBCO BW Consultant/ 5-10 Yrs/ (Hybrid) Pune/ Full Time.
5 to10 of hands-on experience in enterprise integration, with at least 6 years on TIBCO platforms for senior role.
Expert level proficiency in TIBCO Business Works (5.x and/or BW 6.x / Container Edition)
Strong expertise in TIBCO EMS architecture, administration, and performance optimization
Hands on experience with Apache Kafka cluster setup, topic design, Kafka Streams, consumer/producer patterns, and integration with enterprise systems
Solid understanding of integration patterns: SOA, event driven architecture, pub/sub, request reply, and event streaming
Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP) and telecom platforms is an advantage.
Proficiency in XML, XSLT, JSON, REST, SOAP, and Web Services standards
Experience with TIBCO Administrator, HAWK, and monitoring/alerting frameworks.
Exposure to DevOps practices CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) for BW CE preferred
Robust documentation and communication skills; experience presenting to senior stakeholders.
