Term: 1 Year - Contractual Role

Objective

This position is responsible for building, consolidating and leveraging consumer insights within the marketing team to maintain a culture of consumer centricity for solving key business challenges.

Areas of responsibility

Uncover commercial insights to create a competitive advantage through consumer and market understanding.

Analyze consumer research and secondary data to identify insights, trends, and implications that add value to the design and implementation of strategic as well as tactical business initiatives.

Adept with the Nielsen retail audit panel and brand health tracking and self-reliant to drive data analysis, trends and monthly reporting:

Monthly reporting- Diligently, accurately and timely
Analyzing data & providing insights to leadership & marketing team
Ability to handle data analytics and visualizations tools
Executing annual Brand Reviews with the agencies to diagnose the current category & brand performance and mapping opportunities for growth





Working closely with the Marketing Team and the agency partners to drive quantitative and qualitative researches with agility

Understanding the business context from the marketing team to design the research and methodology to address the objective
Owns different aspects of research including sample design, research process and application of research output onto the business.
Collaborate with agencies for a suitable approach & proposal and implementation of research, analysis and reporting
The above could include product tests, comms tests, ad-hoc qualitative tests

Working closely with Associate Head MR on strategic projects like shoppers, segmentation etc. and handling on-going business reviews.

Key Performance Indicators

Across research facets as mentioned above, handling multiple agencies, brand teams & cross functional teams and ensuring effective & effective work management without impacting quality of deliverable as well as timelines.
