About the Role
We are seeking a high-performing Manager / Senior Manager to lead and manage large-scale CSR initiatives. The role requires a seasoned project management professional who can take complete ownership of program planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, governance, reporting, and impact delivery.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing CSR, education,
skilling, or workforce development programs and possess a deep understanding of the ecosystem involving government agencies, academia, industry bodies, training partners, and implementation organizations. We are not looking for experience of vocational skilling.
This individual will serve as the central point of coordination across all stakeholders and ensure seamless end-to-end project delivery, achievement of program outcomes, and long-term sustainability of initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Project Management
Lead end-to-end execution of CSR projects from inception to closure.
Develop detailed proposals, project plans, timelines, governance mechanisms, risk registers, and delivery frameworks.
Drive program implementation across multiple institutions, geographies, and stakeholders.
Relationship in Government Universities, Ministries and agencies for student/learner mobilisation.
