QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE: B.E.Civil with atleast 6 to 8 Years of similar experience.




Key Accountabilities - Ensure all necessary tasks associated are completed Ensure accurate control of documentation Necessary Knowledge & Skills
Necessary Skill Sets:  Knowledge of construction sequencing and planning
Exposure to MSP and Primavera
Knowledge on Materials and Man Power planning with coefficients
Over all Construction planning experience with all types of contractors, high raised buildings
Project scheduling, tracking, monitoring, reporting in MIS  Delay analysis, risk management, catch up plan, recovery plan, cash flows
Co-ordination with all stakeholders  Conducting weekly meetings.
