Role Summary:
Responsible for managing facility operations, maintenance, safety, vendor services, and workplace experience to ensure a secure, efficient, and compliant working environment.
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Administration or Workplace Services.
Strong knowledge of building maintenance, safety and compliance requirements.
Experience managing multiple vendors and service contracts.
Proven ability to manage budgets and drive cost efficiencies.
Strong stakeholder management,
communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools/systems.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day facility operations and maintenance.
Manage vendors for housekeeping, security, cafeteria, transport and building services.
Ensure compliance with health, safety and statutory regulations.
Monitor facility budgets, utility consumption and cost optimization initiatives.
Coordinate workspace planning, office moves and workplace enhancements.
Address facility-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
Lead emergency preparedness, business continuity and sustainability initiatives.
