Facility Executive - Soft Services
Position Overview
The Facility Executive - Soft Services is responsible for managing and overseeing all soft facility management services to ensure optimal building operations, client satisfaction, and compliance with service standards. This role focuses on non-technical support services that maintain cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency of facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Service Management & Operations Oversee day-to-day soft services operations including housekeeping,



cleaning, pest control, waste management, landscaping, security coordination, and catering services. Ensure all services are delivered according to agreed service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor service quality and identify areas requiring improvement. Coordinate with multiple service vendors and contractors to ensure seamless service delivery.
Vendor Management Manage relationships with soft service vendors and contractors, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance metrics. Evaluate vendor performance through regular audits and assessments. Negotiate service contracts and renewals to optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards. Address vendor-related issues promptly and implement corrective actions when necessary.
