The Team Lead – Technical Recruitment is responsible for leading a team of recruiters while driving the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and technology-focused positions. This role supports business objectives through proactive sourcing, assessment, and hiring of top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
The successful candidate will develop diverse talent pipelines, provide strategic recruitment guidance to stakeholders, analyze recruitment metrics, and foster a high-performing recruiting team. This role demonstrates behaviors aligned with U.S. Bank's Purpose and Core Values.
Basic Qualifications




5+ years of people management experience leading recruitment teams (required)
10+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in technical recruiting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience recruiting for technology organizations within the financial services, banking, fintech, or technology industry
Preferred Skills & Experience
Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing, and selection processes
Proven experience leading and coaching recruiting teams
Strong understanding of technical talent markets and recruitment strategies
Effective project management and organizational skills
Robust networking, marketing, and stakeholder management capabilities
Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and
