The Team Lead – Non-Tech Recruitment is responsible for leading a team of recruiters while driving the end-to-end recruitment process for non-technical positions across the organization. This role supports business objectives by proactively sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent, while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
The successful candidate will partner with business leaders to develop recruitment strategies, build diverse talent pipelines, and deliver hiring outcomes in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role demonstrates behaviors aligned with U.S. Bank's Purpose and Core Values.
Basic Qualifications




5+ years of people management experience leading recruitment teams (required)
10+ years of recruiting experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Preferred industry experience: Financial Services, Banking, FinTech, Shared Services, or other large multinational organizations.
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience recruiting for corporate, operations, finance, risk, HR, customer service, or other non-technical functions within financial services, banking, or large corporate environments
Advanced knowledge of talent acquisition, sourcing, and selection processes
Proven success leading and developing recruiting teams
Solid stakeholder management and consultative partnership skills
Effective project management and organizational skills
Ability to analyze recruiting data, trends, and metrics
Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple prio
