Role Description The Team Leader role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ranchi. The Team Leader will oversee a team of IT and support professionals, assign and monitor daily tasks, and ensure projects are completed on time and to quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating work schedules, guiding team members,



resolving operational issues, and communicating progress and challenges to management. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, supporting digital marketing and finance-related services, and implementing best practices in service delivery. The Team Leader will also mentor team members, help with performance reviews, and contribute to process improvements that enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in leading teams in IT services, digital marketing, or finance-related operations, with robust people management and coordination skills.
Ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor workloads, manage deadlines, and maintain quality standards across multiple projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and management, including clear reporting and issue escalation.
