TheOperationsSpecialistwillsupporttheOperationsLeadersandAccountDirectorsintheday-to-dayoperational needs. This role is focused on keeping work moving smoothly, ensuring budgets, resource utilization, and project details are tracked accurately, and helping the team stay organized.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment.Thispersonwillsupportrecurringoperationaltasks,coordinatewithinternalteams,maintain trackers and reports, and help ensure deadlines, budgets, and documentation stay current.

Workyou'll do

AsaMarketingOperationsSpecialistontheBrand,Marketing&Communicationsteam;,youwillberesponsible for:

Supportingday-to-dayaccountandteamoperationsacrossongoingmarketing workstreams
Trackingprojectbudgets,spend,invoices,forecasts,andrecurringoperationalreportsusingestablished tools and templates
Maintainingstatusreports,actionlogs,projecttrackers,documentation,andsupporting files




Coordinatingdeadlines,deliverables,approvals,follow-ups,andinternalprocessesacrossthe team
Reviewingoperationaldata,identifyinggapsordiscrepancies,andescalatingrisks,overdueitems,and budget issues for resolution
