Job Requisition: REQ531894 Analyst - Contract to BillingAnalyst – Contract to Billing
What this job involves:
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare invoice creation & credit notes in defined timelines
• Creation of contract & project
• Booking of accruals in sub module & reconciliation
• Support internal and external audit processes, respond to auditor requests and inquiries within defined timelines as & when required
• Month-end close activities
• Proactively communicate with business teams to resolve queries.
Build strong partnerships with business stakeholders through regular updates
• Assist with special projects and ad-hoc financial analysis as required
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting is preferred
• 1-3 years of progressive experience in accounting
Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in PeopleSoft financials modules
• Excel skills
Language Requirements: • Fluent in English
Other Requirements:
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
