Role Summary: The Influencer Marketing Executive will support in planning and executing Orimii’s influencer marketing campaigns across nano, micro and larger creators. The role will
be responsible for creator identification, outreach, coordination,campaign execution, content tracking and performance reporting,while ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and as per brief.
The ideal candidate is social-media savvy, highly organised, proactive and
comfortable managing high volumes of creators, with a robust
understanding of influencer content and the Indian creator ecosystem.
Campaign Execution
• Execute influencer campaigns from briefing to closure.
• Coordinate with creators/agencies on briefs, content, approvals and timelines.
• Track deliverables, live posts, product dispatches and campaign trackers.
Content & Social Media
• Stay updated on social trends, creators and emerging formats.
• Evaluate creators for brand fit and content quality.
• Monitor competitor influencer activity and share relevant content opportunities.
Reporting & Documentation




• Maintain accurate creator databases, campaign trackers and performance records.
• Track key campaign metrics including reach, views, engagement and content delivery.
• Support campaign reporting and post-campaign analysis.
Internal Coordination
• Coordinate with Brand, Social, Creative, Performance and other internal teams for seamless campaign execution.
• Manage documentation and payment-related coordination.
• Escalate delays or issues to the Deputy Manager.

Skills/ Attributes:
• 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, digital marketing or a similar role.
• Experience with a beauty, skincare, FMCG, lifestyle or D2C brand is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and the Indian influencer ecosystem.
• Familiarity with nano and micro influencer campaigns.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
