We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Business Analyst - Pre-Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding client business requirements, conducting discovery sessions, preparing solution proposals, and supporting the sales team throughout the pre-sales lifecycle.

The candidate should possess robust analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of web, mobile, cloud, AI, and enterprise software solutions. This role requires close collaboration with Sales,



Solution Architects, Technical Teams, UI/UX Designers, and Project Managers to create winning proposals and solution strategies.

Responsibilities

Three years of experience is a must as a core Business Analyst at an IT firm.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business goals, objectives, and requirements.
Conduct a comprehensive analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Translate business requirements into detailed technical requirements, user stories, and functional specifications.
Should have hands-on experience with various wireframing tools.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements, resolve conflicts, and gain consensus among stakeholders.
Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions align with business needs and technical feasibility.
Conduct thorough testing and quality
