Workstore is a tech-enabled B2B business serving workplaces, commercial spaces, institutions and industrial customers across India. Our portfolio spans lighting, workplace solutions, hygiene, cleaning, safety and facility-management products.
We own and build brands such as Voltalux, RLT and C&W;, while also representing leading global brands including Dyson Qualified Hand Dryers, Lindhaus Cleaning Machines and Showa Industrial Gloves.
We are looking for a Manager – B2B Marketing who can build the marketing engine behind these businesses and directly contribute to growth.
The Role
This is a hands-on, high-impact B2B marketing role for someone who understands that marketing is not just about communication—it is about creating demand, generating leads and enabling sales.
You will own the B2B marketing agenda across multiple categories and brands, working closely with Sales, Product and Business teams to build visibility, generate qualified opportunities and strengthen Workstore's position in the B2B market.




What You Will Own
Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies across Voltalux, RLT, C&W; and traded brands such as Dyson, Lindhaus and Showa.
Build lead-generation engines across digital and offline channels.
Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, email marketing, WhatsApp, SEO, content and other relevant B2B channels.
Develop campaigns targeted at corporates, architects, consultants, facility managers, contractors, dealers, distributors, procurement teams and institutional buyers.
Work closely with Sales to identify target accounts, sectors and customer segments and create ABM-style campaigns.
Develop compelling product, category and solution-led content including case studies, brochures, presentations, landing pages, videos and sales collateral.
Build Workstore's presence on LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
Drive website traffic, inbound enquiries, MQLs and qualif
