Role Description The RERA Manager will oversee and manage all activities related to Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act (RERA) compliance for clients and projects. This full-time, on-site role in Vadodara involves coordinating with real estate developers, legal teams, and regulatory authorities to ensure timely registration, documentation, and adherence to statutory requirements. Daily responsibilities include reviewing project documents, preparing and submitting RERA applications, monitoring compliance timelines, maintaining records,



and preparing periodic reports for clients and management. The RERA Manager will also respond to queries and notices from authorities, advise clients on regulatory changes, and support internal process improvements for productive RERA-related operations.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of RERA regulations, real estate compliance processes, and related statutory requirements.
Experience in documentation review, regulatory filings, and maintaining accurate compliance records.
Ability to analyze legal and regulatory updates and translate them into practical guidance for clients.
Proficient in MS Office tools and digital documentation platforms for tracking and reporting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to interact with clients and authorities professionally.
