Job Overview
We’re looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to take full ownership of influencer marketing at Social Bird Media. This is an onsite leadership role based in Paschim Vihar, New Delhi, designed for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced marketing agency environment, can drive strategy end-to-end, and consistently deliver high-quality campaign outcomes.

You will be the go-to leader for influencer marketing—owning creator strategy, negotiations, campaign delivery, client stewardship, and building/training a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead influencer marketing strategy across multiple client accounts, aligning campaigns with business and brand objectives.
Own the end-to-end influencer marketing function—from creator strategy, profiling, and sourcing to negotiations,



execution, reporting, and campaign closure.
Build and maintain a strong creator ecosystem, including influencers, talent managers, agencies, and emerging creators.
Drive creator negotiations with exceptional skill—commercials, deliverables, contracts, timelines, and long-term partnerships.
Develop strategies to build exclusive and long-term creator relationships with Social Bird.
Take full ownership of client relationships: understand business objectives, present strategic influencer marketing recommendations, and ensure client satisfaction.
Drive campaign performance by tracking reach, engagement, conversions, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
Identify new creators, platforms, trends, and content formats that create opportunities for clients and Social Bird.
Build processes and best practices to improve campaign execution, creator management, and overall team efficiency.
