Assistant Vice President - Technology will play a crucial role in shaping the
Enterprise Data Platform's future, collaborating with diverse teams, and
ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our data platforms. With a focus
on innovation and a deep understanding of emerging technologies, this leader
will inspire and guide a team of experts, contributing to the success of our
data-driven business strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and mentor a diverse team of data warehouse specialists, fostering a
culture of innovation and collaboration.
* Architect and implement a robust data warehouse design, aligning with
business needs and strategic objectives.
* Manage and optimize data operations, including ingestion, transformation, and
loading, to ensure productive data services.
* Collaborate with business units and IT teams to understand data requirements
and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
* Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying




opportunities for platform enhancements and upgrades.
* Ensure the security and governance of the data warehouse, implementing best
practices and compliance measures to protect sensitive data.
* Lead the patching and maintenance of the data platform, maintaining high
availability, performance, and reliability.
* Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather
insights and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
* Create and deliver insightful reports and presentations to senior leadership,
providing regular updates on data warehouse performance and key metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS

* A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related
field is required, with a master's degree preferred.
* A minimum of 10 years of experience in data warehousing, with a proven track
record of leading complex data platforms and initiatives.
