Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Salesperson role based in Gurugram. The Retail Salesperson will welcome customers, understand their needs, and guide them through TheKalakriti’s collections to help them select suitable products for their homes. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing product demonstrations, explaining features and benefits,



handling pricing and billing inquiries, and processing sales transactions. The role involves maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is clean and well-presented, and updating displays to highlight key collections. The Retail Salesperson will also manage customer queries, support after-sales service, and collaborate with the store team to meet sales targets and deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Retail Sales and Sales skills, with experience in meeting or exceeding store targets.
