Role Description The Food and Beverage Supervisor is a full-time, in office role based at Roastery Coffee House in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring consistent service standards, and maintaining quality across all offerings. The supervisor will manage and guide team members, coordinate shifts, and support staff training to deliver excellent customer service.



Responsibilities include monitoring inventory, supporting menu execution, addressing guest concerns, and collaborating with management to improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
Qualifications
Strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and shift management
Experience maintaining high Service Standards within a café or restaurant environment
Hands-on knowledge of Food Service operations, including hygiene and safety practices
Proven Customer Service abilities with a focus on guest satisfaction and problem-solving
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff and interacting with guests
Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality supervision preferred
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed
Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field is an advantage
