Role Description The Technical Sales & Marketing – Lead Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hosur. This position is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts,
and promoting Crystal’s engineering and fabrication solutions in target industries. Day-to-day activities include conducting technical product presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with engineering and production teams to develop solutions, and ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries. The role also involves supporting marketing initiatives, gathering market intelligence, participating in trade events and customer visits, and maintaining accurate sales pipelines and reports. The Lead Associate will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure high customer satisfaction and contribute to revenue growth.
Qualifications
