Job Description: QA Land Development
Location: Pune.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in Civil 3D software and civil engineering practices.
• Positive in Site plan, Grading plan preparation, pavement design Pre and post condition drainage area maps and Site hydrologic analysis, Storm water Hydraulic analysis, Underground utility plan preparation (Water/ sewer), Erosion control Plans, Storm water management plan and reports (Design of detention ponds)
• Experience in working of Residential and commercial site development projects.
• Ensuring designs meet client requirements and recognized codes and standards
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices.
• Managing projects to ensure they are delivered on time, and to client expectations




• Mentoring junior members of project teams and interns
• Preparing engineering concept plans, detailed design plans, and managing documentation
• Providing technical support to graduate engineers,
• Conduct meetings with the client.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
• Minimum of 3-4 years of Civil3D Design experience
• Previous experience in Land development projects. (USA)
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
