Overview
Manage day-to-day client relationships and social media mandates
Translate client briefs into clear, actionable briefs for creative and execution teams
Coordinate end-to-end delivery of social content and campaigns
Collaborate within the Power of One model across creative, strategy, media, influencer, and production teams




Bring ideas around social trends, platforms, creators, and culturally relevant content
Track campaign performance and support reporting and client presentations
Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client mandates
Stay updated on emerging social platforms, formats, creator trends, and digital behaviour
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in social media, digital, content, or integrated agencies
Strong understanding of social platforms and content ecosystems
Experience in client servicing / account management
Good understanding of creative and content development
Demonstrated curiosity about how AI is transforming social and content
Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with cross-functional teams
A social-first, culturally curious, and digitally native mindset
