The Platform Integration and Enablement organization is responsible for delivering, operating, and continuously improving the foundational infrastructure platforms that enable TJX applications and enterprise services.



PIE provides resilient, scalable, and secure infrastructure capabilities across data centers, cloud environments, stores, and distribution centers, forming the core platform layer on which application teams build and run solutions.
What you’ll do
As a Senior Staff Scrum Master, your core responsibilities will include managing the flow of work throughout the tower, assisting teams to transparent obstacles, managing risks, resolving issues, and delivering on commitments. You will work closely with the Product, Delivery, and Engineering teams, planning, coordinating, and executing the deployment into production for large epics/initiatives that span multiple product and shared services teams.
