Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / PMO professional on a need/project basis to lead and support delivery of IT and infrastructure projects. This is a contract role with the potential to convert to full-time employment based on performance, business needs, and mutual fit.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, PMO setup, governance, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple concurrent projects.

Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of IT and infrastructure projects (e.g., network deployments, data center migrations, cloud infrastructure,



workplace IT, etc.).
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and changes using structured governance.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
PMO Setup & Governance
Establish or mature lightweight PMO practices suitable for a startup workplace.
Create and maintain project templates, dashboards, status reports, and trackers.
Define and enforce project governance, stage gates, and reporting cadence.
Maintain a central repository for project artifacts and lessons learned.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams, clients, and external vendors.
Facilitate regular project meetings (kick-offs, status, steering committees).
Manage vendor performance, SLAs, and deliverables where applicable.
Communicate progress, risks, and escalations clearl
