We are looking for a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building meaningful relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.
Your primary focus will be to build and execute targeted outreach plans across assigned accounts using a variety of communication channels. You will research prospective organizations, identify key decision-makers, and develop personalized messaging that addresses specific business challenges. By qualifying sales opportunities and booking initial consultations, you will play a vital role in our sales cycle and overall revenue growth.
Required Skills and Qualifications
2 or more years of experience in inside sales, business development, or B2B technology sales.
Proven track record in outbound prospecting and account-based research.




Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to engage with senior leadership.
Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce and sales engagement tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or ZoomInfo.
Ability to work effectively toward shared performance goals and pipeline targets.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple outreach streams effectively.
Preferred Skills and Experience
Experience in enterprise or mid-market account management.
Familiarity with Salesloft, Apollo, or similar sales automation platforms.
Knowledge of team-oriented tools for coordinating with Marketing and Delivery teams.
Experience in personalized content creation for B2B campaigns.
