Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will manage and grow customer accounts, promote air cargo services, and build strong relationships with freight forwarders, logistic partners, and other clients. Daily responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, preparing and presenting proposals, negotiating rates and contracts,



and coordinating closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth cargo handling. The role involves monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support sales strategies and targets. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular reports, and represent the company professionally in meetings and industry events.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably in aviation, air cargo, logistics, or related industries, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong customer relationship management and communication skills, with the ability to engage clients, understand their needs, and present suitable solutions.
Solid negotiation and presentation abilities, including comfort with rate discussions, proposal development, and contract finalization.
