Valley Fertility Centre Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Nursing Cum Telecalling Executive to join our team in Srinagar.
We are looking for a candidate with nursing/medical experience who can efficiently handle both patient care-related responsibilities and telecalling activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and receive patient calls professionally.
Make follow-up calls to patients and enquiries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient visits.
Provide basic information regarding consultations and fertility services.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment.
Assist the clinical team with nursing-related duties when required.
Maintain patient call records and follow-up details.
Coordinate with doctors and other staff for patient requirements.
Ensure a skilled, empathetic and patient-friendly experience.
Requirements:




Nursing experience is preferred.
Candidates with a nursing/medical/healthcare background will be given preference.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu; Kashmiri is an advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or fertility centre will be an added advantage.
