What You’ll Own
1. Creative Growth Strategy
Own the creative strategy for Fizzy Goblet across organic social and paid digital.
Understand performance data including CTR, CAC, ROAS, watch time, hook rate and creative fatigue, and translate these insights into current creative ideas.
Work closely with the Growth/Performance team to understand which products, messages, hooks and formats are performing and decide what content needs to be created next.
Build a continuous pipeline of creative testing rather than relying only on large campaigns.
2. Content Engine
Ensure there is a consistent flow of fresh content going live every week across:
* Instagram Reels
* Meta ads
* UGC
* Product videos
* Styling content
* Founder-led content
* Statics
* Carousels
* Campaign assets
* Influencer/creator content
* Trend-led reactive content
Develop concepts, hooks, scripts, references and shoot-ready briefs.
Find ways to turn every shoot into multiple pieces of usable performance and organic content.
3. Shoots & Creative Production




Own the content production calendar.
Plan and execute small, agile shoots as well as larger brand campaigns.
Work with photographers, videographers, models, creators, stylists and freelancers as required.
Ensure ideas move quickly from concept → brief → shoot → edit → live.
4. Team Management
Manage and mentor a small team of content creators/designers/editors.
Allocate work clearly, set timelines and ensure output is delivered.
Build a culture of experimentation, speed and creative ownership.
5. Brand
Protect and evolve the Fizzy Goblet visual and verbal identity.
Understand fashion, culture, internet behaviour and what is happening creatively across India and globally.
Ensure performance content still feels unmistakably Fizzy Goblet.
Develop strong launch ideas around new products, collections, collaborations, celebrities and cultural moments.
