Role Description The Horeca Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and distribution of Toyo Kombucha within the HoReCa (Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés) channel in the Greater Delhi Area. This full-time, in office role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key accounts, and ensuring consistent product availability and visibility at customer locations.



The role includes negotiating contracts and pricing, planning and executing promotional activities, monitoring sales performance, and providing regular reporting and market feedback to leadership. The Horeca Sales Manager will collaborate with operations and marketing teams to support smooth deliveries, brand standards, and customer satisfaction, while actively representing the brand in the local market.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Horeca or FMCG sales, preferably in beverages or health-focused consumer products.
Strong skills in account management, relationship building, and negotiation with hotel, restaurant, and café partners.
Ability to analyze sales data, track performance, and develop targeted sales plans for the Greater Delhi Area.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey product benefits and brand values.
