TRP Sports is a energetic sports management company based in Bangalore, specializing in player management, brand marketing, and event and sports venue management. Playspaces is our venue network, spanning multi-sport facilities across the city that host everything from football and padel to community leagues and large-scale events. We're looking for a Corporate Events & Sales Manager to own outreach and sales across all our venues; bringing in corporate sports days, brand activations, birthday parties, company offsites, marathons, and other cultural and lifestyle events, and turning our facilities into the city's go-to destination for events of every kind.

Key Responsibilities
Cross-Venue Sales Ownership: Own the outreach and sales pipeline for corporate, sports, and cultural events across all Playspaces venues, driving bookings and event revenue as a portfolio rather than a single site.
Corporate & Sports Event Sales: Prospect and close corporate sports days, brand activations, employee engagement events, and B2B partnerships with companies, sports organizations,



and institutions.
Cultural & Lifestyle Event Sales: Build and run outreach for birthday parties, company offsites, marathons, and other cultural or lifestyle events, identifying current event formats and audiences that fit the venues.
Outreach & Marketing Pipeline: Design and execute outbound outreach campaigns (corporate HR/admin teams, event planners, agencies, community groups) and work with marketing to build inbound demand for both sports and cultural events.
Venue-Wise Slotting & Yield: Work closely with venue and operations teams across the network to match event demand to available slots, maximizing utilization and yield venue by venue.
Proposal & Deal Closure: Prepare event proposals, pricing, and packages tailored to each venue and event type; lead negotiations through to signed bookings.
Client & Partner Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, event planne
