Help build XFIN’s GTM motion from the ground up for its Credit Intel Product.

XFIN is building AI infrastructure for financial institutions. One of our products, CISS (Credit Intelligence & Scoring System), helps lenders make better credit decisions for thin-file SMEs using banking, business and alternative data.
We are taking CISS into East and Southern Africa.

You will work directly with the Founder to figure out where we can win, find the right prospects, create conversations and turn early market learning into a repeatable GTM motion.

What you'll actually be doing
You won't be handed a database and told to start calling.
You'll be helping answer a much more interesting question: WHERE CAN WE WIN?
You might spend one week researching lenders in Kenya, identifying the people behind their credit operations and figuring out why CISS could matter to them.

The next week, you could be testing a different approach — reaching Credit product implementation partners in Uganda,



trying a current message, or exploring whether a much narrower lending niche is showing stronger signals.

· Hunt — find the right companies, people and opportunities.
· Think — understand the prospect and why they might care before reaching out.
· Experiment — test ICPs, countries, personas, messages and channels.
· Use AI aggressively — turn LLMs and AI tools into your research and productivity advantage.
· Create conversations — get the right people into meaningful discussions and Founder-led demos.
· Learn & adapt — look at what is working, what isn't, and recommend what we should change.

And if you discover that our original ICP is wrong — that's valuable.
We may narrow the market, change the buyer, move to another country, discover a better niche or shift from direct sales to a partner-led motion.
