Role Description The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and supporting revenue growth for The Root. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and lead generation, conducting discovery calls, understanding client needs,



and collaborating with internal teams to shape proposals and service offerings. The role involves performing market research, tracking industry trends, preparing presentations, and coordinating with creative, marketing, and tech teams to ensure alignment between client goals and agency capabilities. This is a full-time, in office role located in Bhopal, requiring close collaboration with the agency team and regular interaction with prospective and existing clients.
