Role Overview
Looking for a detail-driven and technically proficient Design Engineer to support the creation of high-quality fire and security system designs for global commercial projects. This role is integral to our international tender and pre-sales operations, ensuring all designs are compliant, cutting-edge, and aligned with client expectations.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies and play a key role in producing technical documentation that supports winning proposals.
Roles & Responsibility:
Assist in the preparation of system designs for fire detection, suppression, access control, CCTV, and integrated security solutions.
Develop and update design documentation including CAD layouts, schematics, block diagrams, and system architecture.
Support the Global Design Manager in standardizing templates and ensuring adherence to global design standards.
Ensure all design outputs meet relevant regulatory and industry standards (e.g., NFPA, EN, UL, CE).




Conduct technical analysis of client requirements and assist in value engineering efforts to optimize performance and cost.
Collaborate with tender, engineering, and commercial teams to align design efforts with bid strategy.
Participate in design reviews and incorporate feedback for continuous improvement.
Support site surveys (virtual or in person) and technical clarification sessions when required.
Assist in preparing technical presentations or documentation for client meetings.
Production of supporting documentation for design submittals.
Archiving/uploading of drawings/documents in BIM360.
Years of experience
5+ years of experience in fire and/or security system design, ideally for commercial or industrial projects
Shift Timings:
2 p.m. to 11 p.m
Educational Qualification
Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering (or related technical field).
Skill sets required :
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit); Knowledge & Understanding of BIM procedures is a plu
