Job Summary: This role leads the successful delivery and continuous improvement of learning programs across multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and priorities. The Learning Specialist – Offshore is responsible for planning, coordinating, and advancing learning initiatives that align to business priorities and deliver measurable outcomes and high-quality learner experiences.
This role requires program leadership and advisory,



demonstrating the ability to translate ambiguous business needs into structured, scalable, and outcome-driven learning solutions. It requires sound judgment, stakeholder influence, and disciplined program management. The role also drives consistency and efficiency across programs by developing frameworks, leveraging data and insights, and continuously improving how learning solutions are designed and executed across the team.
