Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Bengaluru South.



The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing and growing existing client relationships, and promoting Agrolt Solutions’ greenhouse structures and related technologies to customers and channel partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, visiting clients, preparing and delivering product presentations, and negotiating contracts in line with company guidelines. The role involves coordinating closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure accurate proposals, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and contribute to sales planning and reporting.
