Role Description The Restaurant Supervisor at Native Touch is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role oversees daily restaurant operations, including managing staff schedules, coordinating front-of-house and back-of-house activities, and ensuring service standards are met. The Restaurant Supervisor supports team members during busy periods, handles guest concerns, and monitors dining room and service flow to maintain a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include maintaining food and beverage quality, overseeing cleanliness and safety standards,



assisting with inventory and stock control, and reporting operational issues to management. The role also involves training team members, reinforcing service guidelines, and supporting initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
