About The Role

UKG is seeking a transformational Director, WFM Implementation Services, India, to lead and scale a high-performing organization delivering complex Workforce Management SaaS solutions across global customer segments.

This leader will shape the India operating model and connect it to UKG’s broader delivery strategy—advancing quality, speed, predictability, productivity, and customer experience. The role partners across Global Services,



Partner Delivery, Sales, Product, Engineering, Enablement, and Support to create a seamless path from solution design through adoption and value realization.

Success means more than a technical go-live. Customers should realize tangible improvements in workforce visibility, scheduling and labor efficiency, time and payroll accuracy, compliance, manager productivity, and employee experience.

What you will lead

Strategy and transformation — Define and execute the India WFM implementation strategy in alignment with UKG priorities. Modernize delivery through standardized methods, scalable operating models, and a bias for measurable improvement.

AI-enabled delivery — Move the organization from manual to AI-assisted and increasingly AI-led execution. Apply AI and automation across requirements, configuration, testing, validation, project reporting, documentation, risk sensing, and customer communications
